Kim Pierce
As a 25+ year resident of Tahoe, Kim has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience and prides herself on her ability to partner with small business owners to make a substantial impact on their growth. Kim started TruckeeHR in 2016 after spending many years working for large organizations such as Starbucks, Amazon, Vail Resorts and several large health organizations. The goal was to bring California HR compliance to the smaller organizations and start ups in her town, Truckee, CA and the surrounding Lake Tahoe area. Since then she has expanded to other states providing HR expertise to businesses so they can remain compliant and focused on their business. Kim holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Human Resources. She spends her free time exploring the local mountain bike trails or backcountry skiing.
